Levi's store blends the dynamism of a growing China with the heritage of its roots, very much in tandem with the Levi’s story of keeping its contemporary leadership in denim with its long and pioneering history. Working with Levi’s, we commissioned an artist to develop architectural graphics found in the store as door panels to the changing rooms or as a wallpaper. Chinese antique furniture are updated in Levi’s signature red color, and are used as lounge sets or merchandise display points. The “red ribbon” stairwell connects the 5 levels -with a gallery/multi-use space at the basement for hosting art exhibitions, DJ performances and other installations.
