Our brief for Frangipani restaurant was as simple as it was challenging- the restaurant needed a refresh to keep it current and enjoyable to his diners old and new without challenging the character that created its success. Screened alcoves were created for romantic dinners, and a new lighting strategy was adopted to cast a soothing ambience. A large timber screen frames the balcony looking into the dining room below to control noise levels, and adds a layer of privacy between dining patrons, and bar patrons.
