Located in Jalan Batai, the project was to renovate a series of shop houses built in the early 70's, aiming to create a blend of familiar and fresh to link a friendly neighbourhood enclave in the heart of Damansara Heights. Initially the development was concentrated on vehicular flow which, through recirculation, gave an additional 14,000 sq.ft back to public space and greatly enhanced the communal activities available to the residents.
